Personal terms agreed, Man Utd close to completing deal for third signing

This summer transfer market, unlike the last transfer market, is very different for the Red Devils, this is because the Man Utd board are out to sign players wanted by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

So far the Red Devils have signed only two players namely; Aaron Wan Bissaka and James Daniel but it looks like a third player will arrive at Old Trafford with less than 15 days to the end of the transfer market.

Reports from Italy suggest that the Red Devils have submitted £67 million bid with a for the 24-year-old Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

It further revealed that the EPL club have reached an agreement with him and in fact he has agreed to a 5-year deal but Lazio have refused to agree with the transfer fee which is causing a delay.

Millinkovic-Savic, since moving from Belgian club Genk in 2015, has made 163 appearances for Lazio and he helped the club to clinch the Coppa Italia earlier this year.

The 24-year-old midfielder is a box-to-box player, who is physically and mentally fit. He is one of the much sought after midfielders in Europe.

Man Utd apparently want to sign Millinkovic as a replacement for Paul Pogba, who has continued to be linked with Real Madrid and Juventus.
